Our team is driven to educate and inspire both the trade, media and affluent travellers with the unique experiences offered by our hospitality and travel clients. Whilst each client is allocated an account leader, every relevant member of our team, as well as management, will promote the client in every possible opportunity, hence significantly widening their exposure and opportunities to drive business.

KPI and targets as well as metrics measurement are a natural aspect of our business and we work hand in hand with our clients to analyze the production reports and ADR and ensure all key potential buyers are given the right tools and incentive to produce; regular reviews of production against target is performed with the hotels, ensuring no business is left aside.

FOUNDER

Having spent more than fifteen years in Asia, this captivating continent never ceases to amaze Christine. In 1999, having successfully led the expansion for a satellite office of an acclaimed Singapore organization in Bali, Indonesia, Christine was appointed the Director of Sales & Marketing at Chiva‐Som, Thailand, in 2001 ‐ 2005. This enriching environment is where Christine prompted the conception of an independent business venture that would fuse her former experience and expertise. She was keen on providing personal marketing strategies for truly extraordinary travel destinations. As a result, Heavens Portfolio was launched in July 2005 in Singapore.

With over 10 years of both in-house and agency PR & Marketing experience, Shirley has worked with a myriad of international luxury, fashion, F&B, travel, and corporate brands. Having lived and worked in Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong, Shirley speaks four languages and has undertaken several regional positions and has strong media and brand contacts across Asia Pacific. As Regional Vice President of Heavens Portfolio, Shirley is in charge of developing and implementing key strategies for clients, managing her team in nine regional offices and assisting with business development.

Anthony Chan

Anthony Chan

DIRECTOR OF SALES (HONG KONG)

Anthony has been fully engaged in the travel agency and hospitality industry for over 20 years. He was involved in developing leisure packages during his 8-year service with Thomas Cook and Shun Tak Travel, and has travelled to popular destinations and attended travel trade fairs around the world. Thereafter, he was acting as the Assistant General Manager with both Travel Expert and Sunflower Travel for 10 years, specializing in sales and marketing strategies. He gained valuable experience in the business development of leisure packages, corporate travel management, outbound leisure tour, M.I.C.E. and cruise vacations.

Jane joined Heavens Portfolio’s Shanghai office in July 2011. Being a proud Shanghainese who has more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Jane previously held hotel sales and marketing positions at Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai and The Leading Hotels of the World. Combining the industry experience and the client base already secured, she is confident to discover many new opportunities for Heavens Portfolio.

After spending several years planning events at the operational side of hotels, Franscisca fell in love with hospitality and embarked on her journey across Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Having catered events and weddings in an ultra luxury 5-star hotel, pioneering a conversion of a serviced apartment chain to a lifestyle hotel group, and tailoring off-the beaten programs for a luxury DMC, Franscisca has a ingenuous and creative perspective of the industry.

DIRECTOR – INDIA 

The true Bombay girl, Hita finds the city fast paced, resilient, cosmopolitan, unbiased and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Hita has worked in varied industries including Banking, Sales and Marketing. She has been in the travel industry for over two decades, starting with Tourism Boards and Representation companies representing Egypt, Mauritius, Seychelles, Korea and many more. Hita has a deep desire to dedicate a few hours a month for social causes close to her heart. As one of the founding team members of Heavens Portfolio, Hita helms her team in India and is adept at collaborating and implementing high profile events and programs aimed to develop the business with her client centric approach.

Natasha joined Heavens Portfolio as Sales Manager for Taiwan, bringing with her 8 years’ of experience in the travel industry, specializing in the tour operator sector. With a strong understanding of the hospitality market and local consumer behavior, Natasha oversees luxury travel sales and marketing activities in the market. Natasha is confident and excited about her continuing work with Heavens Portfolio’s leading luxury clients.
