Our team is driven to educate and inspire both the trade, media and affluent travellers with the unique experiences offered by our hospitality and travel clients. Whilst each client is allocated an account leader, every relevant member of our team, as well as management, will promote the client in every possible opportunity, hence significantly widening their exposure and opportunities to drive business.
KPI and targets as well as metrics measurement are a natural aspect of our business and we work hand in hand with our clients to analyze the production reports and ADR and ensure all key potential buyers are given the right tools and incentive to produce; regular reviews of production against target is performed with the hotels, ensuring no business is left aside.
Having spent more than twenty four years in Asia, this captivating continent never ceases to amaze Christine. In 1999, having successfully led the expansion for a satellite office of an acclaimed Singapore organization in Bali, Indonesia, Christine was appointed the Director of Sales & Marketing at Chiva‐Som, Thailand, in 2001 ‐ 2005. This enriching environment is where Christine prompted the conception of an independent business venture that would fuse her former experience and expertise. She was keen on providing personal marketing strategies for truly extraordinary travel destinations. As a result, Heavens Portfolio was launched in July 2005 in Singapore and quickly grew to be the leader in Hotel and destination representation in Asia with 17 satellite offices where 42 team members are currently providing their expertise to a portfolio of 40 hotels amongst them are Cheval Blanc, Armani, Belmond, Oetker, Chiva-Som and many more iconic hotels.
VICE PRESIDENT MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS
With over 13 years of both in-house and agency PR & Marketing experience, Shirley has worked with a myriad of international luxury, fashion, F&B, travel, and corporate brands. Having lived and worked in Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong SAR, Shirley speaks four languages and has undertaken several regional positions and has strong media and brand contacts across Asia Pacific. As Regional Vice President of Heavens Portfolio, Shirley is in charge of developing and implementing key strategies for clients, managing her team in nine regional offices and assisting with business development
REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF SALES (SINGAPORE)
Laura joins Heavens Portfolio's Singapore office and brings a wealth of sales and luxury hotel experience to the team. Prior to joining Heavens Portfolio in 2022, Laura held various sales positions and was part of the pre-opening team of The Savoy, Rosewood London, and The Ned. Before moving to Singapore in 2018, Laura was with GP Associates, a UK based representation company, as Corporate Sales Director, and most recently has been leading regional corporate sales for the British Council.

After spending several years planning events at the operational side of hotels, Franscisca fell in love with hospitality and embarked on her journey across Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Having catered events and weddings in an ultra luxury 5-star hotel, pioneering a conversion of a serviced apartment chain to a lifestyle hotel group, and tailoring off-the beaten programs for a luxury DMC, Franscisca has a ingenuous and creative perspective of the industry.

Wei Leng Lau
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (HONG KONG SAR)
Wei Leng is a hotelier with more than 18 years of sales experience and event planning knowledge in the hospitality industry. She started her career in sales in Kuala Lumpur. In 2007, Wei Leng moved to Hong Kong and joined Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong as Senior Sales Manager for 4 years. She then joined Marriott as Account Director for MICE at Sheraton Grand Macao & St Regis Macao based in HK sales office; she also held a Director of Sales role at Mira Moon Hong Kong, a Design Hotel collection under the Marriott International portfolio.
SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR (MAINLAND CHINA)
Jane joined Heavens Portfolio’s Shanghai office in July 2011. Being a proud Shanghainese who has more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Jane previously held hotel sales and marketing positions at Okura Garden Hotel Shanghai and The Leading Hotels of the World. Combining the industry experience and the client base already secured, she is confident to discover many new opportunities for Heavens Portfolio.

With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Echo is a seasoned professional who is deeply committed to helping others. As a passionate advocate for creating unforgettable experiences, Echo has built a strong nationwide network that allows for the formation of lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect with extensive experience and impressive skill set for sales and marketing.
DIRECTOR – INDIA
The true Bombay girl, Hita finds the city fast paced, resilient, cosmopolitan, unbiased and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Hita has worked in varied industries including Banking, Sales and Marketing. She has been in the travel industry for over two decades, starting with Tourism Boards and Representation companies representing Egypt, Mauritius, Seychelles, Korea and many more. Hita has a deep desire to dedicate a few hours a month for social causes close to her heart. As one of the founding team members of Heavens Portfolio, Hita helms her team in India and is adept at collaborating and implementing high profile events and programs aimed to develop the business with her client centric approach.
DIRECTOR OF SALES – INDIA
Sumitra joined the HP India Sales team as Director of Sales and will be based in Mumbai. She previously headed Sales for Kempinski Hotels. She brings along a strong experience of handling teams and servicing luxury segment of hotels. Her past assignments have been to push sales through all segments including weddings, MICE and FITs.
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (TAIWAN REGION & JAPAN)
Natasha joined Heavens Portfolio as Sales Manager for Taiwan, bringing with her 8 years’ of experience in the travel industry, specializing in the tour operator sector. With a strong understanding of the hospitality market and local consumer behavior, Natasha oversees luxury travel sales and marketing activities in the market. Natasha is confident and excited about her continuing work with Heavens Portfolio’s leading luxury clients.
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (SOUTH KOREA)
Jenny has over 20 years working experience with various international hotel chains such as Marriott, Starwood and IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Director of Sales & Marketing, she comes with a rich experience in Sales & Marketing Management and has been involved in pre-opening for the Ritz Carlton Pacific Place, Jakarta and Jeju Shinhwa World in Jeju Island, South Korea.
DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING (PHILIPPINES)
After years of experience with luxury media, influencers, and luxury brand partners, Gia has honed her skills and knowledge within the luxury lifestyle and travel sector. As the former Content Lead for Prestige Hong Kong, she has leveraged strong industry relations to create commercial and editorial partnerships and has travelled to leading properties globally.
Emma has over 20 years' experience in the travel industry, many of which were spent at TUI and Travelopia. Most recently, Emma worked for TCS World Travel Private Jet Expeditions as Sales and Business Development Director; developing their business into new markets. With her experience in luxury travel, she is working on expanding Heavens Portfolio's client base and global accounts.
