60-seat restaurant introduces guests to modern, casual Nordic cooking mixed
with Asian influences over
its 6-course tasting restaurant menu. The craft
cocktails served at the Villa Frantzén Cocktail Bar
share the same concept.
The Restaurant
The restaurant in central Bangkok serves a 6-course menu with options to choose per each serving. The casual dining experience features an open kitchen, space for 60 guests and three private dining rooms, as well as an outdoor patio.
All the dishes carry a similar profile, characteristic of the Frantzén Group but Björn Frantzén, together with his R&D team from Stockholm headed by Daniel Everts – created a special menu for Villa Frantzén, which Executive Head Chef Nilas Corneliussen develops further locally.
The Cocktail Bar
Villa Frantzén Cocktail Bar is a modern Nordic cocktail bar with Asian influences. The Cocktail Bar shares the location and concept with Villa Frantzén but is truly a destination on its own.
To the left of the Villa Frantzén restaurant, in a separate building, is a vibrant cozy Nordic barn where you can wind down with a cocktail, casually try selected Villa Frantzén dishes and meet a team you’ll want to come back to again and again.
The pure taste of natural ingredients, smooth and sharp notes and textures that reflect the Scandinavian landscape. Since they are in Bangkok, the cocktail menu invites a fusion of local influences and ingredients, where the Nordics meet Asia.
